Removals in Utley
Utley is the neighbourhood north of Keighley centre, on the way toward Skipton Road and Cliffe Castle. From 28 Parkwood St it is a short run, not a trip out to the villages. Housing is mostly stone terraces and semis, with some larger houses on the roads that climb away from the river. Cliffe Castle Park, on Spring Gardens Lane, is the landmark people use when they describe this side of town. The park gates, the museum and the streets around Green Head are busier on sunny weekends than on a normal Tuesday. Parking is tighter near the park and on the older terraces, where doors open almost onto the pavement. A removal van often waits a few doors along, so we ask for a photo of the street before the day. Hills are real here. A wardrobe that was fine on the straight can catch a landing that turns. Holy Family Catholic School is on Spring Gardens Lane, and Carlton Keighley is on Green Head Road, so school-run times affect the same streets we need for the van. Postcodes are mostly BD20. Bradford Council handles council tax and bins. Insurance is provided. Ask us what is covered when you book. If you are waiting on keys, call 01535321350 and we will re-time the van rather than block a narrow street. Early starts can be planned when the school run would otherwise fill the road.
